So the the Lady was like she'd after to ask the manager because she' had to go through the chain of command, but I know you guys are tired and I don't think this should be a problem. Oh but little did we know- so the Manager tells her that we can move in and we'd have to pay tonight. So my brother calls the Manager to tell her about the money and seeing if we could stay and pay the remainder on Monday, she says no you will have to pay 425.oo to move in there, it's a waiting list of you want you can post 117 a night wait until Monday when your money come and start over and pay for the week which is 700. I'm like wow, so I called back trying to explain in more depth, she was like no, you already paid for the week for the one you are in 348. If you stay two nights you'll have a 50 balance, and I'll have to charge you by the night for the room you guys checked in yesterday, I'm like today is the first day since check in we have been we had to go get our things. She was like if you want the other room, you have to pay by the night, then next week when your money right you can get the executive, and next week I'll put you on reserve but it might be sold to someone, so just stay in the original room and wait.

nice place

now for the bad

Rooms are always damp with little to no cleaning available. Our stay included fungus ( mushrooms) growing in the doorway. The staff claimed comforters only were cleaned 1 time per month no matter how many guests. We felt sick after leaving we both had terrible reaction to the mold in the rooms. Staff was friendly that was the only positive.

above all the internet if you want to charge hotel weekly rates (which they do) you had better be bringing the rain as far as internet speed goes if i had known that this was such a issue i would have stayed in another location anything more than email forget it i clocked it at its worst at 437kps really? at its best its 23mps but thats few and far between think they use line sharing out here where everyone is on the same modem and then its just repeated so it can reach the farther units in the back thats just my guess. So that is the number one reason reason two counter space or lack there of you only have one counter your sink and a three tier shelf that you have a two burner hotplate on not good for preparing meals at all. reason three storage space and room size there are no closets of any kind to hang clothes or store food and things you are not using so you are constantly reminded that you are living out of a bag when you are here the rooms are small if its a single and feels like a closet if you have the one with two beds in it they have executive suites here but they are 700 a week my advise dont be so greedy instead of making one trailer into four units make it two instead would make everyone alot happier hope that this helps

I think the place has to the best on the property. Two rooms with doors your own personal, shower, pots, pans, and a huge stove plus a refrigerator. We are so happy I'm like I'm back in Sulphur CTV more room OK how much is this. She say 700. I'm like OK 350 a person that's cool. But bring I just paid 348 for the week so all we need to pay is the difference. She was life she has to call the manager. The manager says can we move in with a prorated fee. So my brother said he had to go check his per diem card. They loaded him up with 200 dollars. So he was like he'd rather ask can she take all his money and can he pay the rest in Monday when we get loaded back up. So that like 548.

I know for a FACT that Sulphur Candace would've made that happen last night, that's the difference between the managers here and there. Sulphur cares about the PEOPLE, and not a come up. I really wanted to find someone where to stay last night but I sucked it up and stayed. But I will be looking for somewhere else to stay.

My wife was fired for inefficiency, and apparently they expect you to be a superhero cause the poor maintenance man was expected to do the job of 5 people by himself. Never got to meet the owner Scott, never cared to see the grunts in person I guess. After helping with a bigger contract of people wanting to come in, my wife got paid only a 50 dollar bonus when they were talking about making bonuses up in the hundreds.

My wife worked there for a few months and this is what happened while she was there.

Thank you for helping us The helpful lady at the Front desk.(Julie).

OK- first off I took this place because I used to live in the Custom Touch Village in Sulphur Louisiana OMG this isn't the same Calibur of Property Management.

above all is the staff they are nice and friendly and nice for example the on demand hot water heater was not working i called the person at the front desk and she fixed it the same day to kodos to staff for fixing that for me called in the morning was fixed after work that day washers and dryers are free thats right boys and girls free they have a bbq every week or some kind of getogether

Well it has this Worker here and she's the the type of Helpful, Informative, Woman like Sulphur Property Management name Candace. She informs you about EVERYTHING.

They couldn't keep housekeeping paid, they were always late with the checks for those poor girls. No wonder why they left. Plus, they would open new sites, send people there to work at them, then close them when there wasn't enough business and fire everyone. How is that caring about your employees?!

Before she was even hired, they completely cleaned house cause apparently the people before us were stealing money from the cash box and over charging residents there by like fifty dollars and then pocketing the difference. The regional managers Melissa and D'wayne seemed nice but were really two face and they kept having meetings about how to answer the phones. It was ridiculous.

OK I came Friday to check in this place, because I just left my training, so I have teaching the next day so I had to drive all the way back to Baton Rouge to get my things so that's 5 hours the and back so I was on the road for 10 hours. So I come back to CTV after training which lasted from 730- 730. Yes 12 hours so I been up 22 hours,I have my things packed in the truck so I open the door I was life man my stuff isn't going to fit in here. My brother was like I forgot how small this place was, let's go see if we can get a two bedroom that's bigger. Sooo happens the Woman that checked us in is here. I asked for a bigger room she says yes we have an executive available do you want to see it.

Not only that, and I won't get into detail but apparently one of the regional managers was doing shady things with another employee.

Pros

DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! ANYTHING HAPPENS WHERE YOU HAVE TO LEAVE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES YOU CAN'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK, I PAID FOR ONE WEEK STAYED ONE NIGHT GOT CHARGED FOR 3. AND THEY WON'T REFUND MY MONEY AT ALL.
